The ultimate international experience building AIESEC in a new reborn country. Strategy setting and working with new and different circumstances.

A real chance to make a big difference to enabling AIESEC to impact more people more positively in Afghanistan  

Requirements 

You should have leadership (EB/OCP) experience, with 2 years+ AIESEC XP overall (we do value experience outside of AIESEC as well). Training experience is preferable and you should have knowledge of Exchange, PD, and common induction. Prior MC experience is very much preferred but we will consider other experience.

The MCVP term start can be arranged between from Mid October and will last for 1 year.

Benefits 

AIESEC in Afghanistan provides Accommodation (for guys accommodation is in the apartment featured in the Video, for girls it will be with a family or in the new woman's dormitory at Kabul University. 

The MCVP will be able to arrange and participate in visits to regional conferences as well as the IC. A salary of $150USD/mo will be provided to cover expenses.
